Return and Refund Policy

As a general rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with GROLINJE. The period starts on the day you receive the item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us clearly at hello@grolinje.dk within 14 days of receiving the item.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Simply refusing to accept or collect the parcel is not sufficient.

Return shipping

When exercising your standard right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for the item until we have received it back.

Please contact us at hello@grolinje.dk before returning the item to obtain the return address and the necessary information.

Condition of the item

You may inspect the item in the same way as you would be able to in a physical store.

If the item has been handled more than necessary and this has resulted in a reduction in value, the reduction in value may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as well as the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method, where required under the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you provide proof that the item has been returned.
