Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from GROLINJE through grolinje.dk.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your market and include applicable VAT where required. Any shipping costs are shown before payment.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to contact you if there is an error in an order, price or product information.

Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. For card payments, the amount is normally captured when the order is dispatched, in accordance with Danish rules for online card payments.

Production

Many of our products are 3D printed to order. Small variations in surface and texture may occur and are a natural part of the 3D-printing process.

Delivery

Current delivery times and shipping prices are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal

For standard online purchases, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

Products made according to the customer's individual specifications or that are clearly personalized may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law.

Complaints and defects

You have a 2-year statutory right to make a claim for defects under Danish law. This applies to defects that existed at the time of delivery or where the cause of the defect existed at the time of delivery.

This does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, incorrect installation, accidents or normal wear and tear.
